When we were selling my parents' house, the realtor told us right away that the appearance of the property had a big impact on the price. We had an old wooden fence that was already leaning and rotting in places. We were offered to either lower the price or replace it. We decided to put up a new metal fence and, strangely enough, the house sold in just two weeks, although there were no buyers for months before that. I think the fence really affects the value of the property. I wonder what materials are now considered the most valuable in terms of home valuation?
